Working With Us
It is our aim to create outdoor living spaces that meet each and every client’s requirements and tastes. Whether contemporary or traditional or simply just a space in which to enjoy the outdoors, we cater to each individual brief.
A strong social conscience means that we try to re-use materials where possible rather than adding to already full landfill sites. Supporting recycling schemes and sourcing from reputable suppliers who share our ethical standards and being sensitive to the environmental impact of our work is key to our business.
We are delighted by the quality of the work carried out. It was a difficult area to work in with the constant traffic. Both office staff and neighbours, including our tradesmen, were very impressed with the way they tackled the job and how courteous and considerate they were to everyone. For us, timing was also very important and you started and completed the job within our agreed timescales.
Mr Lees, Hampton Hill
We are both equally thrilled and accept the estimated budget, so we have the green light to commence at your earliest convenience. Tomorrow would be good!
Mrs Keeley, Sunbury
Our Founders and Directors Joss and Rebecca Durham have been creating beautiful gardens for clients for over 15 years. Their personalised service and focus on the individual needs of each client results in impressive transformations, achieved with a seamless process from initial meeting to project completion.
Having qualified Garden Designers and experienced Landscapers at the core of the business we have the complete skills and experience to take every project from concept to completion.
Consistency and continuity is a key element in how we operate as expert Garden Designers. We achieve this by ensuring that from the initial meeting through to completion, projects are managed and overseen by the same person within our business.
Initial meetings include obtaining an understanding of the clients brief, including look and feel, specific requirements and the budget for the project.
We carry out a site survey, obtaining all of the necessary measurements in order to complete the garden design. For large or complicated sites we may suggest that a professional surveyor provides this to ensure complete accuracy.
Following this initial stage; equipped with the brief, site information and budget we are able to begin a proposal for the project including a scaled design, material pallet and project cost.
When we return to present the proposal, our aim is to do so in such a way that clients can accurately and easily visualise the scheme. At this stage will we also give an accurate indication of project costs.
Taking on board any feedback after the proposal presentation we then firm up the design and quotation for acceptance.
